Returns & Refunds
Domestic Returns & Refunds (USA)
Domestic returns are free and eligible for a full refund if requested within 14 days of delivery. Refunds requested after 14 days will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- If you receive an item which is damaged, you must contact customer service within 48 hours of delivery.
- Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE and therefore not eligible for return or exchange. No exceptions. Additionally, no promotion codes can be applied to the sale items. Mischief & Mirth does not extend price adjustments or partial refunds on orders made prior to the promotion.
- Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. Customer service will contact you via email if an item has been backordered or if there are any other issues with your order.
- We are unable to offer price adjustments on any purchases.

Shipping
Mischief & Mirth uses multiple fulfillment partners to ship orders including USPS & DHL. All orders generally ship out in 1-3 business days and should arrive in 3-7 business days once in network. Please contact us for any shipping questions at myauntmyrtle@mischiefandmirth.com
